Art lovers and dreamers put their pajamas on and buzzed over to the Hive Gallery & Studios in Downtown LA for Dream a Little Dream a very special group show dedicated to our lives in mysterious slumber. Featured artist Renee Lawter delighted the crowd with her loving cupcake fantasy world, while The Haley Collective brought the goods with a massive live painting project. Installation artist Carol Powell surrounded us in the lush plush world of her imagination, A.K.O. and Macsorro covered their walls with a rock solid display of style and technique, and a stellar group of local and national artists explored dreamland in a huge group show. Show runs through August 26th.
