About The Artist-
"AKO" Or "Akayo" Is A Born And Raised San Francisco Bay Area artist who's art can be found lurking in the streets or in galleries and museums across the US,Australia and Europe.He has been working on the streets of Bay Area since the mid 1990's where his images continue to endure on walls, mailboxes and other surfaces around the city.He enjoys making books, stickers, taking photos,sign painting and moving about in the city's shadows.
His first book is scheduled to be released in late 2008 And Is Preparing For 2008's Upcoming Solo Shows In LA,San Francisco,New York,Portland And Las Vegas And His Art Has Appeared in Numerous Publication Worldwide
